Just how crazy was it?

 

MOST EXPENSIVE HOUSE:

261 Surfbird This 3200 sq ft 4 bedroom, wide waterfront closed at $2,630,000. That was $241,000 over asking. Last year we had a house sell over $3mil. That was an aberration. Interestingly, 29 houses sold in FC for $2mil or more in 2017.

 

HIGHEST PRICE PER SQUARE FOOT:

512 Hanbury This 1970 sq ft 4 bedroom house sold for $2,510,000. That’s 1274 per square foot. It was listed for $1,988,000. In 2016 the high was 1213 per square foot.

 

LOWEST PRICED HOUSE:

1083 Sanderling This 1890 sq ft 3 bedroom house was in the flight pattern, had a foundation problem, generally needed updates everywhere and sold in February. It went out at $1,150,000.

 

LOWEST COST PER SQUARE FOOT;

251 Spinnaker This 2360 sq ft fixer sold for $1,300,000. That’s only $550 per square foot! It was flipped and is back on the market right now listed for $1,888,900

LONGEST ON THE MARKET:

623 Cornwallis Who knows why this happens, but this house was on the market for 207 days…this in  market that averaged 15 days on the market. It’s price dropped $100,000 too.

GREATEST OVERBID:

512 Hanbury. Here we go again. This house not only got the highest cost per square foot, it sold for an amazing $521,112 over asking.

 

GREATEST AMOUNT UNDER THE ORIGINAL LIST PRICE:

706 San Miguel This 2240 sq ft 3 bedroom house sold for $2,000,000. Down from $2,190,000. Kind of felt like an aberration too.
