OK, this should be interesting!

MOST EXPENSIVE HOUSE:

FC1

813 Grenada This 5 bedroom house in Plum Island was listed for $2,200,000…and closed at $2,777,888. The high in 2014 was $1,930,000. Incredibly…in 2015 there were 11 houses close over $2mil.

HIGHEST PRICE PER SQUARE FOOT:

FC2

539 Trinidad This 2010 square foot, 3 bedroom house sold for $2,300,000 bringing it in at $1144 per square foot. 2014’s number? $966.

LOWEST PRICED HOUSE:

fc3

283 Stilt This fixer upper Eichler sold for $1,050,000. Just like the 2014 story in this category…the house was flipped and sold again in November for $1,500,000.

LOWEST COST PER SQUARE FOOT:

fc3

283 Stilt Not a bad investment deal, huh? At 1980 sq ft…this place sold for only $544 per square foot.

LONGEST ON THE MARKET:

FC4

711 Anacapa I’ve got friends in Real Estate in other parts of the country and their average days on market number is 6 months. This house on Anacapa took 60 days to sell.

GREATEST OVERBID:

FC1

813 Grenada This place sold $577,888 over asking. Incredibly…another house on Aruba sold $500,000 over asking as well.

GREATEST AMOUNT UNDER ORIGINAL LIST PRICE:

fc3

283 Stilt It’s the Stilt show! This place actually sold $149,000 under it’s original asking price. This is a great example of why flipping is a good thing.
