2009 Blog Brawl

There’s probably a few of you out there who were around Foster City Blog this time last year and remember the Varbuzz “Blog Brawl”. It’s a competition put on by the Virginia Association of Realtors to see who has the top blog in the US. It’s a tournament type contest alot like the NCAA College Basketball event, except that voting takes place to eventually pick a winner. It begins with 32 contestants and whittles it’s way down to the Top Dog.

Last year Foster City Blog won the whole thing! We’re the defending National Champion! That’s what that little patch is for on the left hand margin.

Voting began yesterday to see who’s crowned the 2009 champion…will you please help us keep Foster City on the National Map? Just click the link below and have at it! We’re the #5 seed in Zone 1. You need to vote in each pairing in each zone for it to count…you’ll vote 16 times this week. There’s a link to each contestant so you can get a feel for who you’re voting for. In the first round we’re up against a San Francisco blog that looks mighty tough! Help!

The rules at Varbuzz are that you can only vote one time per IP address…so vote from lot’s of different IP’s! Thanks for your help!! Here’s the link:
