This park is smack dab in the middle of a Circle street, and is a huge selling point for why people would want to live in this neighborhood, let alone on this street. And just at the entrance to this Circle is Marlin Park, a beach front park with playground equipment, restroom, etc. The original design by T. Jack Foster included all these neighborhood parks.
