More residences overlooking a major freeway, more traffic at an already crowded intersection, and a lack of small businesses to lease all the new space(look at all the vacant stores&buildings we have now).We are just setting ourselves up for more vacant buildings.Plus, we may lose the businesses that are already in Pilgrim Business Park during construction! It's a private company, and although Foster City rolls a carpet for Gilead lease, the city doesn't have to close a public street for a company! It's a bad idea. We use it too.
