Pretty Cool!
Eureka! It actually works.
You sound like you should have a career in broadcasting. Good info! Thank you Jim!!
No kidding! Today, the Foster City Blog, tomorrow you’re the play-by-play guy at AT&T Park! Nicely done, Jim…it indeed sounds like you’re having way too much fun with this thing!
Finally, we get to hear the voice behind the wit and information. Very nice podcast.
One thing though, Jim. You mentioned that 250 Curlew sold for $870,000, but according to county records, it was $920,000.
I checked that out on the public record too…it’s wrong. The house had an original offer that was accepted at $920,000 but the buyer did an inspection that turned up a foundation problem and the corporate seller swallowed another 50K. The buyer’s agent told me it came off of the purchase price, not a credit, so the public record is incorrect. The buyer should correct that so that their property taxes don’t get based upon the higher number.
Jim, you are off the hook!! You think the buyer of Curlew reads your blog?
Actually, when you brought it to my attention I called their agent and told him about it. Thanks go to you Jennifer!
